Ashley Danielle Arnette

Ashley Danielle Arnette Burnette, 29, of Morganton, passed away on Wednesday October 29, 2025 at UNC Blue Ridge Healthcare following a period of declining health.

Ashley was born April 25, 1996 in Caldwell County to Jerry Arnette and Kimberly Johnson Arnette. She loved life and she loved big; always happy and caring; and loved by so many people. Ashley will be deeply missed by so many people.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Ray and Peggy Johnson; whom she dearly missed and frequently spoke about how she could not wait to be joined with them again in Heaven one day; paternal grandfather, Ronda Arnette; aunt, Renee Bobbitt; and uncle, Ray Arnette.

Ashley is survived by her husband David Burnette; sisters, Emily Laws, Aleigha Arnette, McKenna Arnette, and Anastasia Arnette; brothers, Curtis Arnette and wife Jessica, Wesley Arnette, and Nikoliah Arnette; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and in-laws that she truly loved and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service with Pastor Lynn Lambert officiating. Inurnment will follow the service at Clark Cemetery in Lenoir.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 PM to 2PM on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Heritage Funeral Service.
