Betty was born August 25, 1951 in Bristol, Tennessee, to the late Emmett Hillard and Julia Hart Hillard. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Rudisill, and brother, Jimmy Hillard. Left to cherish her memory……..
