Bilford Moses, 83, of Connelly Springs, NC, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 19, 2026.. Born in Burke County, NC, on April 1, 1942, he was the son of the late Robert E. Moses and Mary Mace Moses. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Lee Moses, and his sister, Ardell Moses Leonard. Bilford is survived by his sister, Louise Burgess; and his nieces and nephews: Alisa Leonard, Jack Leonard, Ronny Leonard, Tracy Burgess, Mark Burgess, and Keith Burgess. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Carroll and Lauren Smith for the loving care they provided over the past 15 years. A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 1:00 P.M., at Smart’s Grove Baptist Church, with Rev. Pat Mourglea officiating.
