Bobby Allen Heavner

Mr. Bobby Allen Heavner, 44, of Valdese, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025, following a period of declining health.

Bobby was born on July 29, 1981, in Burke County to Robert Louis Heavner and Fran Keller Heavner. He was member of the Baptist faith and was previously employed in the construction industry.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mabel and Paul Keller and Joyce and Delbert Heavner, three aunts, Nancy, Holly and Audrey Bumgarner, and one nephew, Jonathan Luke Heavner.

Surviving in addition to his parents, are his three children, Michael, Amber and Laci Heavner, one brother, John Heavner, and a sister, Christie Whisnant and husband Tim. Also surviving is an aunt, Linda Yelton and special cousins, Jimmy and Jason Heavner and Amanda and Jonathan Bumgarner.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. at Heritage Funeral Service in Valdese, followed by a graveside service at 2:30 P.M. at Forest Hill Cemetery in Morganton.
