Bradford Michael Maxwell

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Bradford Michael Maxwell, 61, of Charlotte, NC, who left us far too soon on Saturday, October 4, 2025.

He was born on March 6, 1964, the youngest son, of the late James Edward and Joan Perrin Maxwell. He was a devoted son, providing loving care for his parents until their passing.

Brad faced many internal battles over the years, and sought peace in his own way. He was deeply loved and will be missed by his family, friends, and those who truly knew him.

Brad was survived by his brothers, Dean Maxwell (Johnette), Shane Maxwell, Cary Maxwell, and Christopher Maxwell. “Uncle Brad” will be missed by his nieces and nephews Christoper Price (Angie), Justin Benning, Jordan Miller (Stephen), Tessa Roman (Michael) and Christina Morrison (Donald), as well as many great-nieces and nephews, loving extended family, and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Louise (Laney)Tomberlin Maxwell and his nephew, Joseph Perrin Maxwell.

No public service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
