Mr. Jeffrey Lynn Chapman, 65, of Lenoir, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at his residence.

Jeff was born on December 9, 1960, in Caldwell County to the late John Herman Chapman and Betty Sue Nelson Chapman. He was formerly employed as a maintenance technician for Broyhill Furniture for over 25 years, and enjoyed being outdoors, especially going hunting or fishing.

Surviving is his stepmother, Jean Chapman, brother, Larry Chapman and wife Theresa of Granite Falls, sister, Theresa Coffey and husband Bobby of Lenoir, brother, Kenneth Clontz and wife Karen of Hudson, and sister, Donna Holden and husband Pat of Morganton. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 2:00 P.M.,at North Catawba Baptist Church Cemetery, with Dr. Wayne Caviness officiating.
