Jevon Carole Bradshaw, 62, of Maiden formerly of Valdese, passed away peacefully on Friday July 31, 2026 at Carolina Caring in Sherrills Ford following a brief illness.

Jevon was born on April 15, 1964 in Burke County to John Lewis Bradshaw and the late Janice Thompson Bradshaw. She was a supervisor with FiServ for many years, and her compassionate nature and her big heart touched the lives of many. She will be missed by her family and friends who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her wife, Kim Sue of Maiden; her father, John L. Bradshaw of Valdese; her sister, Jennifer Fender and husband Brian of Nebo; her nephew, Nathan Fender of Nebo; her special friends, Christopher Clark of New Bern and Denise Price of Lenoir; and her adopted daughter, Misty Fleming of Claremont.

A Celebration of Jevon’s Life and Visitation will be held on Saturday August 8, 2026 from 11:00 AM-1:00 P.M. at Heritage Funeral Service in Valdese.

Memorial contributions may be made to the animal shelter of ones own choice.
