Jimmy Dean McGee

Mr. Jimmy Dean McGee, 64, of Morganton, formerly of Hickory, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at his residence, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Jimmy was born on April 6, 1962, in Mitchell County to the late Julian McGee and Joann Garland McGee. Those left to cherish his memory include his sister, Janice Collins and husband Roy, his brother, Allen McGee and wife Kathy, and his partner in crime, Jerry Sharpe.
