Judy Wright

Ms. Judy Carolyn Mull Wright, 77, of Morganton, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Amorem Hospice of Burke, following a period of declining health.

Judy was born on April 28, 1948, in Cleveland County to the late Edsel Lee Mull and Edna Parker Mull Brendle. She was a retired office manager and a member of Mount Home Baptist Church in Morganton. Judy enjoyed gardening and doing yardwork, loved to cook and spend time with her family. She was the constant family cheerleader, encouraging and supporting them all, as only a mother and grandmother can. She was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her daughter, Dara Curtis and husband Allen of Morganton, two granddaughters Anna and Alyson Curtis, and one brother, W. Vann Mull and wife Wendy of Monroe.

A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
