Margie Ann Pritchard

Mrs. Margie Ann Pritchard, 75, of Valdese, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday September 28, 2025, after ten years of declining health and a brief stay at Grace Hospital.

Mrs. Pritchard was born December 31, 1949, in Buke County, a daughter of the late Mack and Ann Roper Chapman. Margie loved her family very much and was a devoted Christian and prayed everyday for a list of family and friends who will miss her very much. She also loved her pets and could hardly turn away a stray cat or dog. She liked to grow pretty flowers in her yard and garden.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Ronald Jack Paritchard.

Left to cherish her memory are her brother, Mack Chapman and wife Linda, a nephew Jonathan Chapman, two cousins, Randy Bradshaw and wife Becky, Steve Bradshaw, special friends and neighbors, Tom Ingersall and wife Christy, Mike Chadwallder and Don Hunt and wife Clair.

A Graveside Service for Margie Ann Pritchard will be held at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday October 1, 2025, at Burke Memorial Park with Rev. Doug St. John officiating.
