Rhianna Rachel Berriman, 50, of Morganton, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026 at Mission Memorial Hospital following a period of declining health.

Rhianna was born May 9, 1976 in Fairfax County, VA to the late Peter James Berriman Jr. and Linda Jane Coleman. She loved to be outdoors taking walks and exploring nature; and in her earlier working years, she worked as a park ranger.

She is survived by her boyfriend of seven years, Alexander “Alex” Singleton and his family; and her cats Lola and Thomas.

A private memorial will be held at a later date by the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heritage Funeral Service and Crematory to help the family with expenses.
