Ronald "Ronnie" Charles Lail

Ronald “Ronnie” Charles Lail, 52, of Connelly Springs, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025, near his home.

Ronnie was born July 11, 1972 in Burke County, a son of the late Tom and Linda Young Lail. He was an avid collector, particularly of antiques. He loved antiques and spent many weekends searching around yard and estate sales to see what he could gather into his wheelbarrow. His favorite collectibles were his classic cars, which he loved to drive and tinker with in his spare time. Ronnie was loved by many, and he had a gift for bringing a smile to his friends and family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in passing by his twin brother, Donnie Lail, and nephew, Andrew Heavner.

Those left to cherish his memory include his sisters, Patricia Young, Angie Heavner (Bryan), and Tammy Anglin (Kent); nieces, Ashley Bissinger (Tyler) and Kara Anglin (J.T.); nephews, Daniel Odom and Dustin Heavner (Bayley); aunts, Glenda Young and Doris Kanupp; and many, many friends.

A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, June 15, 2025, 2 PM at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Stoney Kanupp officiating. Interment will follow at Warlick’s Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends the night prior to the service on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 5 PM to 7 PM at Heritage Funeral Service.
