Thomas Everette Littlejohn

Thomas Everett Littlejohn passed away at his home on Friday January 16,2026. He is leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and quiet strength that will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Tommy was married to his beloved wife, Cheryl, for more than 40 years. Together they built a life rooted in commitment, hard work, and family.

He was the proud father of daughters Raquel, Nicole, Jennifer, and his deceased daughter Autumn; his sons, Bougain, TJ, and Wesley. He was also a proud grandfather of Makada, Memorie, Gabi, Lily, Vera, Oliver, Gigi, Carson, Cora, Kia and Sela. Tommy worked tirelessly to provide a loving home, often putting in long hours to support his family. His devotion to his children was evident in every stage of their lives, as he guided them with love, integrity, and unwavering support.

In the 1990s, Tommy and Cheryl relocated to Valdese, NC to help care for Tommy’s father and assist with the family dry-cleaning business Valdese Cleaners with help from his right hand employee and extended family member, Amy.

Known for his trustworthiness and dependability, Tommy was someone people could always count on. He lived with integrity, kindness, and compassion, and his steady presence brought comfort to many. He was a good man, a devoted husband and father, and a loyal friend.

Tommy’s legacy lives on through his wife, Cheryl, his children and their families, and the many lives he touched.

A Celebration of Tommy’s Life will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday January 31, 2026 in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service in Valdese. The family asks that you keep Cheryl and the Littlejohn family in your thoughts and prayers.
