Tom David Harris, 60, of Valdese, passed away on Thursday October 29, 2026, at UNC Healthcare, Morganton.

Mr. Harris was born August 7,1966, in Columbia, S.C., the son of the late James Cameron and Billie Ann Manard Harris. He was employed with Century Furniture Co., a job he truly enjoyed. In his spare time, Tom enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Cindy Louise Eckard Harris of the home, a daughter, Christina Moore of Valdese, a son David Harris of Marion, two sisters, Deborah Harris, Twila McPeters and a brother, Danny Harris. Also surviving are the apples of his eye, his grandchildren, Camerion Moore, Leo Harris and Yoffa Harris.

Funeral Services for Tom David Harris will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday November 3, 2026, in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service with Rev. Marvin Wiley officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt View Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2 until 3:00 P.M. Tuesday at Heritage Funeral Service.
