William Michael Huffman

Mr. William” Michael” Huffman, 52, of Connelly Springs, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025, at his residence after a period of declining health.

Mr. Huffman was born July 28, 1972, in Burke County, a son of Larry and Ruby Mull Huffman. He was employed as a dye-house operator with Seiren and a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. William was a loving son, father and friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eva Pruitt and William Forest Huffman, Beatrice Lail and C.A. Mull and step-child, Cody Chapman.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Larry and Ruby Mull Huffman, daughter, Kendal Huffman, love of his life, Leslie Klutz Huffman, step-child, who was like his own, Cherish Webb, brother, Todd Jason Huffman and nephews, Cody Ryan Huffman, Cole Matthew Huffman and Dalton Blake Huffman. Also surviving are his aunt, Gracie York (Edward) and Wanda Robinson (Billy)

A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:30 P.M. Saturday July 19, 2025, in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service, Valdese, with Rev. Blain Hudson and Rev. Douglas Price officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4 until 5:00 P.M. Saturday at Heritage Funeral Service, Valdese.

The family request private time to grieve before and after the service.
