Our Facilities
We offer 185 well lit parking spaces, 2 Visitation rooms, and a 200-seat Chapel. Heritage Funeral Service and Crematory is a full service, family owned funeral home serving families in the Burke, Catawba and Caldwell County areas. Our compassionate and professional staff can assist with cremation service, national and international transfers, direct burials, and traditional services held in our chapel, your church, or at the graveside.
While honoring your loved one is our top priority, we also want to help you through this difficult time. We have a wide range of resources to support you not only today, but in the weeks and months to come.

The Arrangement or Conference Room is an area that the family can privately meet with our funeral directors to make decisions about funeral arrangements. The room is a comfortable, living room type atmosphere, and is decorated to provide comfort to the family while making arrangements.

Our crematory opened in May of 2008. Within the Crematory facility is a family viewing area, an office, and the crematory.

Upon entering Heritage Funeral Service you will arrive in the Grand Foyer. The decor sets a mood to comfort the family and guests attending the services or visitation of the deceased. Soft colors, a fireplace, and a grandfather clock are only a few reminders of the at home feeling we sincerely hope are with you while at Heritage Funeral Service.

Cathedral in architecture the Heritage Chapel offers comfort to the family that chooses to have the funeral service at our facility. With a seating capacity of over 200, the Chapel offers our families the convenience and dignity of having the service at the funeral home. Also offered for convenience to the family and guests are Personal PA’s for the hearing impaired. A piano and organ are also features of the Chapel, with a raised area and pulpit for the speaker.

The Visitation Rooms at Heritage Funeral Service are one of our most elegant and unique features. With both rooms, even the largest of services may be accommodated to the comfort of the family and guests. The main room is primarily used as the state room of the casket and flowers. The family room has the couches, chairs, and soft lamp lighting for the parlor room setting for the comfort of your family. We invite you to compare our facilities to other area facilities for size and comfort.
